General service rules for site users (customers)
The buyer must be an adult with legal capacity and have a valid email address. By creating an account on the website, the buyer automatically agrees to the website's terms of use and privacy policy.
Before making a purchase, the buyer is required to carefully review the product description, customer reviews, seller ratings, and other available information. Buyers are fully responsible for their choices. Refunds or exchanges are only possible if the product does not meet the description or has defects, not due to dissatisfaction with expectations.
Upon receiving the item, the buyer must check its functionality and compliance with the description within 24 hours. During the inspection, the buyer is obligated to follow the operating rules specified by the seller. After the transaction is completed, we recommend leaving a review about the seller to help other users make an informed decision.
Buyers must treat sellers, the website administration, and other users respectfully. It is prohibited to violate laws, infringe on third-party rights, spread false or harmful information, use the product for illegal purposes, or engage in fraud or other activities that could harm the website, sellers, or other users.
General rules for sellers on the site
The seller must be an adult and legally capable, have a valid email address, and agree to the site's user agreement and privacy policy.
The seller must create their store on the platform, providing reliable information about the store, contact details, warranty conditions, and return policies.
The seller must upload their products to the site, providing complete information about them, including prices, quantities, delivery times, delivery methods, characteristics, usage conditions, warranties, and return policies.
The seller must provide the product in accordance with its description and ensure it is in working condition.
The seller must behave politely and respectfully towards buyers, the platform administration, and other sellers. They must not violate laws, the rights and interests of third parties, use products for illegal or dishonest purposes, spread false or harmful information, or engage in fraudulent activities that could harm the site, buyers, or other sellers.
The seller must participate in dispute resolution if issues arise with products or buyers.
The seller must provide the necessary information and evidence to confirm their position and the quality of the goods. The service administration reserves the right to interpret the failure to provide data within 48 hours after the dispute is opened as the seller's acknowledgment of the dispute in favor of the buyer.
The seller must comply with the decisions of the platform administration, which are final and binding for both parties.

List of Prohibited Services and Goods for Sale
Any goods and services that violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkmenistan, the USA, Canada, and countries of the European Union.
Any digital goods obtained illegally (through hacking, brute force, carding, etc.).
Any databases containing personal data.
Goods or services intended to deceive users or government agencies (identity documents, etc.).
Goods and services that violate privacy.
Virus software.
Programs or scripts for hacking and unauthorized access to information.
Goods with advertisements for external resources.
Goods or services related to financial fraud and scams.
Goods or services related to narcotic substances.
DDoS services.
Goods or services of a pornographic or erotic nature.
Goods that infringe on copyrights.
Goods that affect the rights of citizens of any country, their relatives, and other dependent persons.
Sale of cryptocurrency.
Sale of goods and services related to betting and casinos.

Safe Transaction in Gstock
A secure transaction in Gstock means holding the buyer's funds in Gstock's internal escrow account after the purchase is made. The service acts as the guarantor of the transaction. If the buyer is satisfied with the received item, they need to click the "Confirm" button so that the seller receives the funds.
If the buyer does not confirm the receipt of the item within the 24-hour guarantee period, the confirmation is automatically processed upon its expiration, and opening a dispute for that item will not be possible.
If the buyer has a complaint about the received item or service, they must clearly describe their issues with the item and provide evidence, such as photos or videos, within the 24-hour guarantee period. These can be uploaded to any convenient file-sharing service (youtube.com, mega.nz, etc.) and the link provided in the dialogue (online chat or feedback form).
A dispute can be opened for the following reasons: a) Account blockage upon login b) Blockage of specific account functions (if this is not specified in the item description) c) Discrepancies between the item description and the actual item (country of registration, number of followers, gender, etc.) d) Absence of the specified amount of in-game currency in the account e) Suspicion of the account being obtained illegally by the seller (brute force, hacking, theft)
If neither party shows activity in the negotiations within 48 hours of opening a dispute, the dispute will be automatically closed, and the decision will be made in favor of the last participant to respond to the request. For example, if a response is sent to the buyer regarding the resolution of the issue, they have 48 hours to respond. If the buyer does not respond within this time, the dispute is closed in favor of the seller. Similarly, if a comment is sent to the seller regarding the dispute, they also have 48 hours to respond. If the seller does not respond within this time, the dispute is closed in favor of the buyer.
Insults in any form are prohibited in the interaction between the Buyer, Seller, and Administration.
Purchasing a quantity of items exceeding what can be verified within the guarantee period is not a reason for extending the guarantee time. Buy items in quantities that you can verify and provide evidence of problems during the guarantee period.
The GStock service does not allow reopening a dispute after its completion, regardless of the reasons.
A dispute lasts for 24 hours without the involvement of the administration. After this period and within the next 24 hours, both the buyer and the seller have the opportunity to invite the administration. The administrator can intervene in the dispute to determine its causes and review the information provided by both parties.
Disseminating information from the dispute outside the platform in favor of third parties who do not have an agreement with the platform, as well as discussing disputes in dialogue with them, is a violation of the platform's rules. In such cases, the user's account found to be disseminating such information will be blocked.
Our service will notify both parties about the closure of the dispute in favor of one side or the other. If the dispute is closed in favor of the buyer, the held funds on the escrow account are returned to the user's balance. If the dispute is closed in favor of the seller, the held funds on the escrow account are credited to the seller's balance.
If the share of "problematic items" among the seller's items purchased using the safe transaction exceeds 5%, GStock has the right to block the seller's account (without withholding earned funds, except those required to cover disputes with buyers).
In cases of sanctions involving the withdrawal of funds from the trading account, funds on the insurance balance are not subject to withdrawal.
