Buckshot Roulette

The gameplay of Buckshot Roulette is a modified version of Russian roulette, set in a nightclub with a mysterious entity called the Dealer. Using a pump-action shotgun (instead of a traditional revolver), the player must outwit their opponent. The game consists of three rounds. At the start of each round, the Dealer, controlled by artificial intelligence, loads the shotgun with a mix of red live shells and blue blank shells in random order. The player then decides whether to shoot the Dealer or themselves. If the shell is live, either the player or the Dealer loses a life; if the shell is blank, the player either continues their turn (if they shot themselves) or passes the shotgun to the opponent. Both participants have a set number of lives, starting with two in the first round, four in the second, and five in the third. These lives deplete with each hit, and the first to exhaust all their lives loses the round. The player and the Dealer can respawn infinitely during the first two matches, but the final match features a "sudden death" mode. Starting from the second round, each participant receives a set of items, each providing various advantages, such as a magnifying glass that reveals the current shell or cigarettes that restore health. The 1.1 update, released on January 12, 2024, introduced a new game mode called "All or Nothing." At the start of each round, a random number of items and lives are assigned. After defeating the Dealer, the player can choose to end the game and take the winnings or double the stakes.
