Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 is an action-adventure and third-person shooter video game with an open world, developed by Rockstar Studios and published by Rockstar Games for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles on October 26, 2018, and for Windows PCs on November 5, 2019. It is the third game in the Red Dead series and a prequel to Red Dead Redemption, released in 2010. Set in a Western-themed environment, Red Dead Redemption 2 takes place across several fictional U.S. states at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The game's story revolves around the adventures of the Van der Linde gang; the player controls one of the gang members, Arthur Morgan, and later, after completing the main storyline, another gang member, John Marston. After a failed ferry robbery, the outlaws are forced to hide in the wilderness from federal agents and bounty hunters. Red Dead Redemption 2 allows players to freely explore its vast game world, discovering interesting locations and activities such as shootouts, robberies, hunting wild animals, horse racing, and finding collectibles (cigarette cards, catching legendary fish/animals, dinosaur bones, rock carvings, etc.). A unique "honor" system, which considers both noble and criminal actions by the player, influences both the game's story and gameplay.
